• Speak fluent English and actually sound human on mic

• Understand YouTube strategy — pacing, retention, titles, thumbnails, all of it

• Have experience with:

  • Managing or growing YouTube channels

  • Planning and scripting engaging video ideas

  • Collaborating with others and hitting deadlines

• Bonus points (okay, a lot of points) if you know Clash of Clans inside out

This isn’t a freelance gig or “drop a video when you feel like it” type thing. We’re talking real projects, real growth, and real visibility.

What You'll Be Doing 🎯

Your role would be a mix of creative + strategic — we’re not just asking for uploads.

• Helping shape our overall YouTube presence

• Planning videos that stand out (not just the same meta content as everyone else)

• Coordinating uploads, thumbnails, titles — making sure each one hits right

• Working closely with our in-game experts and promotional teams
