All the Blueprint Base Packs on the website are only available here and each one of the designs contained on them were done exclusively for each pack. All Bases have been fresh built by our Pro Builders.
ARE THE PACKS SUBSCRIPTION-BASED OR DO I HAVE TO PAY EVERY MONTH IF I NEED THE PACK?
Yes, in some type of Base Packs we do offer both options, 1 time purchase and subscription with a 20% discount. The Packs with subscription option at the moment are the Blue Packs and the Essential Packs.
WHAT DIFFERENCE IS THERE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT PACKS?
We try to offer different types of packs to cover all type of customers needs. The Blue Packs are made for players who wants to have a brand new set of Pro Bases every month without worrying too much about exclusivity while getting access to our top quality types of bases for the lowest price possible, on the other side the Essential Packs are more focus on the different demographics like CWL, Legend League etc and is the most affordable way to cover all your needs each season. Then we have the Exclusive Packs built to be used in the competitive scene and they are limited to X amount of people. And as last we have the Limited Edition Packs that are one time unique products made for special occasions and focus on concrete demands for the actual meta.
HOW OFTEN THE BASES OF THE PACKS ARE RENEWED?
Every 28th of each month we will upload brand new designs to all of the monthly packs.

You can order your custom design at Custom Designs or TH15 Pro Designs.
THE CUSTOM BP BASE DESIGNS ARE MADE ONLY FOR ME?
Every Blueprint Custom Design is brand new & built from scratch exclusively for you. They go through multiple rounds of rigorous testing sessions and tweaks by our Blueprint Pro Builders before handing them out to you.
CAN I ORDER DIFFERENT TYPES AND STYLES OF BASES?
Of course, on the custom design product page, you’ll be able to choose the type & style of each base you need.
WHAT IS THE USUAL WAIT TIME?
3 to 5 Days for Custom Designs & 4 to 8 Days for Pro Designs.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER?

WHAT IS THE BP GUARANTEE AND HOW IT WORKS?
If your custom made base ordered through Discord or our website gets Fresh tripled (First Try) or the performance for any other use is not good enough, let us know and we will replace it free of charge!
The Blueprint guarantees are valid for 10 days and you can only claim it once. Despite that, if during the testing or after being used you find some clear weakness against some of the actual metas, our builders will help you adjust it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED?

You will receive all your bases through email. You can receive them also through Discord if you prefer that.
