All applicable returns (if approved) are handled digitally by mail.

Our return window starts after you have received your product, and you have 10 days to claim a refund.

🛠️ Warranty

All Custom Bases come with a one-time warranty if your base is three-starred (tripled) on the first use.

✅ Warranty Terms:

• This warranty only applies to Custom Bases, not to pre-made Base Packs.

• For Legend League bases, a 2-day defense log is required.

• If your base is not for war, performance-based judgment may be used to determine eligibility.

• The return window is within 10 days of delivery.

  • Exceptions apply to large orders or approved custom arrangements.

1. Join our Discord Server

2. Navigate to the 🛠┋help-support channel under BP Services

3. React to the post to open a private support thread

4. Submit:

   • A screenshot of your order confirmation

   • Video proof of the triple OR a 2-day defense log (for Legends League)

If your claim is approved, our builders will replace the base with a fresh custom layout tailored to your original request.

📦 Base Packs & Master Classes Policy

• Base Packs and Master Classes are pre-built digital products delivered instantly after purchase.

• Due to their nature, they are non-refundable and excluded from any warranties.

• No changes, swaps, or performance guarantees are offered for Base Packs once purchased.

💸 General Refund Policy (Digital Products)

As all our products are digital and made accessible immediately:

• Refunds are not provided unless there is a confirmed technical failure or delivery issue

✅ Refunds may be granted ONLY if:

• Your base link is broken, undelivered, or not replaced upon request

• You received a product that doesn’t function properly, and our team confirms the issue

To request a refund:

Please email us at info@blueprintcoc.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
Include:

• Your order number

• A short description or evidence of the issue

If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

💵 Currency

All prices and transactions are listed in USD. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in USD and may be subject to currency conversion differences, depending on your bank's exchange rate.
