Option 1: Send Your Own Base → Have a layout that used to work but is getting burned? Provide the base link (or a picture via Discord), and our pros will fix its vulnerabilities.

Option 2: Let the Pros Choose → Don't have a base to start with? No problem. Our builders will select a high-potential TH18 layout and apply elite-level tweaks tailored to your specific needs.

Add Personal Requirements → Tell us exactly what you want to defend or what game mode (Legends, wars, hard mode...). Note specific armies, highlight areas that need special attention, or even share a video example of an attack you want us to hard-counter.
⌛ Delivery & Support
Delivery: 2–5 days after placing the order. All tweaks include: the updated base link, CC recommendations, and builder notes.
Procedure: Pick your tweaking option, place the order, and share your Base Link in the customer notes with all your specific requests. (Note: If you are sharing a picture or video example, you must do it via Discord.) If there is no base link, we will proceed as if you picked the option for our pro to pick the base himself.

For our
Custom Bases, we offer a
1-time warranty. If the layout is not specifically designed for wars, the warranty will be assessed based on overall performance. Please note that this warranty is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase, unless the order is part of a large package or involves special circumstances.
In the event of a
fresh triple, we will implement tweaks and changes to enhance the base. If poor performance continues despite these adjustments, we will replace the base with a new one at no additional cost. For
Legends League bases, a 2-day defense log is required for us to analyze the base. After reviewing the performance, we will assist with tweaks, and if there is still no improvement, a free replacement will be provided.
Please note that
Base Packs are excluded from any warranty and are therefore non-refundable.

Regarding our
Coaching Sessions, it's conducted via Discord, where you'll join a voice channel with your selected
Pro Player. If you have any concerns or require a refund, please let us know through the same support channels. We take pride in our Coaching Sessions and have consistently received positive feedback. Rest assured, our Coaches are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.
