For our
Custom Bases, we offer a
1-time warranty. If the layout is not specifically designed for wars, the warranty will be assessed based on overall performance. Please note that this warranty is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase, unless the order is part of a large package or involves special circumstances.
In the event of a
fresh triple, we will implement tweaks and changes to enhance the base. If poor performance continues despite these adjustments, we will replace the base with a new one at no additional cost. For
Legends League bases, a 2-day defense log is required for us to analyze the base. After reviewing the performance, we will assist with tweaks, and if there is still no improvement, a free replacement will be provided.
Please note that
Base Packs are excluded from any warranty and are therefore non-refundable.
To claim your warranty or report an issue, please join our

Regarding our
Coaching Sessions, it's conducted via Discord, where you'll join a voice channel with your selected
Pro Player. If you have any concerns or require a refund, please let us know through the same support channels. We take pride in our Coaching Sessions and have consistently received positive feedback. Rest assured, our Coaches are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.
