• Drop all new buildings (Inferno, Workshop, traps… everything)

• Start Laboratory upgrade first (always)

• Put one troop upgrade running BEFORE upgrading lab (don’t waste time)

• Keep all builders busy, because idle builder = wasted life

Big mistake?
Upgrading random defenses because they “look cool”.
We’ve done it. Regretted it. Moved on.

🧠 The Simplest Upgrade Strategy

Here’s the thing.

At TH12, offense = everything.

If you can farm → you can upgrade faster → you win long term.

So yeah… we say:

• Offense first

• Heroes always running

• Defense later

But then we break our own rule during CWL.
Because fighting with sleeping heroes feels illegal.

🏗️ Building Priority (Step-by-Step Order)

No guessing. Just follow this.

Step 1: Core Stuff First

• Laboratory

• Workshop (Siege Machines = huge boost)

• Clan Castle

Step 2: Army Boost

• Army Camps (big jump in housing space)

• Barracks / Dark Barracks

Step 3: Hero Stuff

• Hero upgrades running constantly

• Blacksmith (for abilities — more on that later)

Step 4: Unlock Power

• Yeti

• Headhunter

• New spells

Step 5: Defenses (in order)

• Eagle → Infernos → X-Bows → Air Def

• Then everything else

Step 6: Ignore Till Late

• Storages

• Collectors

Yeah… feels wrong. Still works.

🧪 Laboratory Priority (What Actually Matters)

We don’t upgrade everything. That’s how people get stuck for months.

We pick a lane.

Easy farming path (no brain needed):

1. Dragons

2. Balloons

3. Lightning Spell

4. Rage Spell

5. Baby Dragon

That’s it.

You now have a spam army that works.

👑 Hero Upgrade Plan (The Pain Section)

We won’t sugarcoat this.

Heroes are everything at TH12.
Also… they’re always upgrading. Always.

What we do:

• Keep at least 1–2 heroes down at all times

• Focus:

  • Queen first (always)

  • Warden next

  • King… whenever we remember 💀

During CWL?

We stop hero upgrades.

Yes, we just contradicted ourselves.

But fighting wars with no heroes feels like attacking with Goblins only. Not fun.

⚙️ Blacksmith / Equipment (Skip or Smart Invest?)

This is where people waste resources.

We don’t.

Only upgrade:

• Abilities we actually use

• Stuff close to max

Ignore:

• Random abilities “just in case”

Because ore is rare. Painfully rare.

Think of it like upgrading skins in a game you don’t even play. Why?

⚔️ Army You Should Use (Keep It Brain-Dead Simple)

We like simple. Simple wins.

Farming Army:

• Mass Dragons 

• Mass Sneaky Goblins

Drop. Rage. Win. Move on.

Then yeah… you’ll need actual strategy.

This is where we quietly win.

Rules we follow:

• Never let builders sit idle

• Dump extra gold into walls

• Keep lab running 24/7

If you’re overflowing loot, your base is the problem.

• 6th builder = HUGE progress boost

What we focus on:

• Upgrading Heros

• Required lab and building upgrades only

It’s grindy. No way around it.

At some point, you’ll feel “done”.

You’re not.

But you’re ready enough.

We don’t max everything perfectly.
We move when:

• Core offense is strong

• Heroes are decent

• Farming is easy

That’s it.

If you made it this far, you’re already ahead of most players.

Now go upgrade something.
