60 Minutes Session is composed of a recorded session of 60 minutes with the Pro on Voice going through all the most essential things to master the specific topic.

How will it work: You can join the Blueprint Discord server or purchase through website. After that, will receive an email along with final page containing the video of Masterclass!

Video Delivery: You will receive this Clash of Clans Coaching Session in your mail to watch anytime. You will instantly receive the entire Video Session in your mail.
Master Class: These Master Classes are unique and happen only once in a while. After it is drafted, it won't be available ever again.

Website Packs:

Pick the pack you want, in some packs you will have the chance to pick Quantity between x3, x5, x10 and even x15.

Your pack will be instantly delivered to your email inbox. This process can take between 5 to 20 minutes due to security reasons. Please make sure to check the spam folder if it’s your first time ordering from us.
On some products, each start of the month we will add new packs so they are updated and fresh for the next month. The old ones won't be available ever again so make sure you get them before is too late.

You can only get these designs here. The Blueprint Website packs are built exclusively for the website and not shared with patreon or any other place.

Blueprint Designs:

Place your order and pick between all the possibilities we have type/style of design, after that you can pick the amount of bases you need.
If you want to point out something to the builder, make sure to add in notes any specifics about your order, for example, if you need the base to defend 1 or 2 specific armies, etc.
After that our builders will start working hard on your base. The current wait time is between 4-8 days. Custom designs will be ready a little bit sooner than TH14 Pro Bases.
In the meantime, if we need to ask you anything specific about your order, we will send you an email.
Your base will be delivered to your email inbox when it's ready.

Pro Sessions:

After you choose the service you want, make sure to add in notes the days and times (CET) you would like to book your session, please provide at least 2 options in regards to dates/times.
After your purchase is completed, join our Discord Server https://discord.gg/Blueprint and open a ticket in BB Services/session_orders.
After that you will have a private channel at the bottom of our server, please provide a screenshot of the confirmation email you received after your purchase, make sure it shows your order number and the player you booked.

When you have your channel ready we will help you with whatever you need and prepare your coaching session with the player picked.

At Blueprint CoC, we understand the challenges posed by the current Clash of Clans meta. We remain committed to providing high-quality bases and ensuring customer satisfaction.

For our Custom Bases, we offer a 1-time warranty. If the layout is not specifically designed for wars, the warranty will be assessed based on overall performance. Please note that this warranty is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase, unless the order is part of a large package or involves special circumstances.

In the event of a fresh triple, we will implement tweaks and changes to enhance the base. If poor performance continues despite these adjustments, we will replace the base with a new one at no additional cost. For Legends League bases, a 2-day defense log is required for us to analyze the base. After reviewing the performance, we will assist with tweaks, and if there is still no improvement, a free replacement will be provided.

Please note that Base Packs are excluded from any warranty and are therefore non-refundable.

To claim your warranty or report an issue, please join our Discord Server. Once there, navigate to the 🛠┋help-support channel under the BP Services category and click on the emoji below the picture. This will open a private channel where you can provide a screenshot of your order confirmation email and video proof of the base's performance, or a 2-day defense log for Legends League bases.

Regarding our Coaching Sessions, it's conducted via Discord, where you'll join a voice channel with your selected Pro Player. If you have any concerns or require a refund, please let us know through the same support channels. We take pride in our Coaching Sessions and have consistently received positive feedback. Rest assured, our Coaches are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.
